What You Will Do
Candidate shall apply sound and diversified knowledge or architectural principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. Makes decisions independently on architectural problems and methods. Requires the use of advanced techniques and the modification and extension of theories and practices.
Supervision and guidance relate largely to overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters. Consults with supervisor concerning unusual problems and developments. Prepares architectural technical drawings and renderings when necessary, consults manufacturers, evaluates materials, inspects architectural features of structures in the field.
Performs important architectural work with responsibility for independent action and decision. Plans, directs, and supervises the architectural aspects of report, design, or construction projects. Responsible for finished plans, specifications, or approval of materials in construction administration.
Supervises, coordinates, and reviews the work of a small team of designers and as individual researcher or staff specialist, carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures.

Project Management Capabilities
Workplace, hospitality, or transportation project experience
Experience on interior architecture projects
6+ years of working experience
Skilled in Revit
Experience in Rhino
NCIDQ Certified
