STUDIOS - Architectural Renderer

We are seeking a passionate and talented Renderer to assist in the continued growth of our in-house visualization studio, producing a diverse range of exceptional CGI imagery for a broad range of clients. You will work directly with our Visualization Specialist . You will be responsible for 3D modelling of both interior and exterior spaces, adding relevant textures/materials, setting up cameras, lighting, rendering and post-production.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Ability to work on multiple projects, updated client requests, maintain a positive attitude when job priorities, requirements, and deadlines shift

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

  • Degree in architecture, graphic arts, or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Revit

  • Advanced knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona,

  • Strong skills in perspective and composition

  • Excellent visual storytelling skills

  • Have a high level and understanding of physically-based rendering Materials/Shaders) and uvw skills to achieve realistic results

  • Experience in scene lighting, be able to paint light, and use different rendering techniques

  • Photography experience, camera match for photomontages

  • Contribute to and manage our library of assets

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite


  • Experience creating high-end renderings, atmospheric environments

  • Use Photoshop for post-processing, color grading

  • Matte painting

  • Animation skills

  • Lumion, unreal engine

  • Another modeling software

This is a full-time position based in the New York City office. This position will be remote initially (due to COVID-19) with the option to come into the office at your discretion.
