Columbia GSAPP seeks a talented professional to join the school in a newly created position of Assistant Dean of Recruitment, Diversity and Inclusion. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Development and Alumni Relations, the position will lead the development and implementation of strategies to align with the School’s DEI Mission and support the implementation of its anti-racism action plan. The position includes five priority areas within the school's commitment to equity: leadership, training and professional development, admissions and recruitment, engagement, and reporting.
