Dattner Architects- Intermediate Interior Designer

Dattner Architects is seeking a talented Intermediate Interior Designer. You will work closely as part of an architectural team from early concept through technical documentation, and project realization. Preferred candidates must be able to demonstrate both creative and documentation skills, and experience turning design concepts into biddable documents. An ability and interest in working with a diverse range of clients from multi-family residential, to education, to healthcare is strongly preferred.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture or Interior Design.

  • 5-10 years’ relevant professional experience in interior architecture and design.

  • NCIDQ registration preferred.

  • Experience with materials selection, specification, and detailing.

  • Experience producing coordinated, biddable FFE packages.

  • Knowledge of budgeting, furniture specification, and contract furniture dealers.

  • Versatility with Multi-family residential, commercial, education, and/or healthcare requirements .

  • Self-starter who is focused, articulate, well-organized, and detail-oriented.

  • Outstanding graphic, 3D presentation, production, and technical skills.

  • Proficiency with Revit; familiarity with other 3D software and Adobe Design Suite.

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
